While we do not supply products directly to end users, we work closely with our National Dealer Network and healthcare professionals to provide the product expertise, technical knowledge and ongoing support that contribute to effective assistive technology prescriptions.
Our role is to support the people and organisations responsible for assessing, prescribing, supplying and maintaining equipment. Through comprehensive product information, configuration guidance, technical assistance, education and troubleshooting support, we help our partners ensure that products are appropriately selected and configured to meet each end user’s individual functional needs, environment, lifestyle and goals.
Paragon Mobility also supports the prescription process by providing access to product knowledge, trial equipment and specialist advice, helping dealers and clinicians evaluate whether a proposed solution is appropriate before final prescription. This collaborative approach can reduce the risk of inappropriate equipment selection and improve the long-term efficacy of prescribed solutions.
Following supply, we remain available to our dealer partners with technical and product support throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Ultimately, our objective is to work behind the scenes as a trusted product specialist, supporting our partners so that end users receive effective, appropriate and sustainable assistive technology solutions.

We recognise that effective assistive technology prescription requires access to accurate product information, practical experience and an understanding of how different solutions can address an individual client’s functional needs and goals. Our team supports our prescriber base by providing detailed product knowledge, equipment demonstrations, clinical trial support and education across a broad range of complex mobility and assistive technology solutions.
Through collaborative equipment trials with our agent network, Paragon Mobility can assist therapists in evaluating product features, configuration options and real-world performance. This helps provide evidence that the proposed solution is appropriate, effective and aligned with the client’s functional requirements, environment and expected outcomes.
