Private Clients and Families
Paragon Mobility is committed to supporting positive outcomes for people who rely on complex wheelchairs and specialised assistive technology. While we do not supply products directly to end users, we work closely with our National Dealer Network and healthcare professionals to provide the product expertise, technical knowledge and ongoing support that contribute to effective assistive technology prescriptions.
Our role is to support the people and organisations responsible for assessing, prescribing, supplying and maintaining equipment. Through comprehensive product information, configuration guidance, technical assistance, education and troubleshooting support, we help our partners ensure that products are appropriately selected and configured to meet each end user’s individual functional needs, environment, lifestyle and goals.
Paragon Mobility also supports the prescription process by providing access to product knowledge, trial equipment and specialist advice, helping dealers and clinicians evaluate whether a proposed solution is appropriate before final prescription. This collaborative approach can reduce the risk of inappropriate equipment selection and improve the long-term efficacy of prescribed solutions.
Following supply, we remain available to our dealer partners with technical and product support throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Ultimately, our objective is to work behind the scenes as a trusted product specialist, supporting our partners so that end users receive effective, appropriate and sustainable assistive technology solutions.
Assistive Technology Suppliers
Paragon Mobility works closely with our National Dealer Network to support the delivery of complex wheelchairs and specialised assistive technology that achieves positive, sustainable outcomes for clients.
We recognise that successful assistive technology prescription relies on our dealer partners having access to comprehensive product knowledge, technical expertise and ongoing education. Paragon Mobility supports our partners with detailed product information, configuration guidance, product demonstrations, training and practical education designed to build confidence throughout the assessment, trial and prescription process.
Our focus extends beyond simply supplying equipment. We work collaboratively with dealers to understand the clinical objectives of a prescription and assist in identifying appropriate product features and configuration options that align with the client’s functional needs, environment, lifestyle and individual goals. This helps improve prescription efficacy and reduces the potential for inappropriate or poorly configured equipment.
Through ongoing product education, technical support and sharing of practical application knowledge, we aim to strengthen the expertise of our dealer network and support consistent best-practice outcomes nationally. Making doing business is not a tag line. It is a reality for us. With back end systems that allow us to be able to process faster, Paragon aims to provide the best customer experience possible, from our dealer network through to the end user.
Ultimately, Paragon Mobility seeks to be more than a supplier. We strive to be a knowledgeable and trusted partner, empowering our dealers to confidently deliver effective assistive technology solutions and achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes for the clients they support.
AT Prescribers
Paragon Mobility works collaboratively with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to support the prescription of complex wheelchairs and specialised assistive technology, with a strong focus on achieving positive, sustainable outcomes for clients.
We recognise that effective assistive technology prescription requires access to accurate product information, practical experience and an understanding of how different solutions can address an individual client’s functional needs and goals. Our team supports our prescriber base by providing detailed product knowledge, equipment demonstrations, clinical trial support and education across a broad range of complex mobility and assistive technology solutions.
Through collaborative equipment trials with our agent network, Paragon Mobility can assist therapists in evaluating product features, configuration options and real-world performance. This helps provide evidence that the proposed solution is appropriate, effective and aligned with the client’s functional requirements, environment and expected outcomes.
Our commitment to education extends beyond individual prescriptions. By sharing product updates, technical knowledge and practical application insights, we aim to strengthen therapists’ confidence when considering available assistive technology solutions.
Ultimately, Paragon Mobility seeks to be a trusted resource for Therapists, combining product expertise with a collaborative approach to help improve prescription efficacy, reduce the risk of inappropriate equipment selection and deliver meaningful, long-term outcomes for clients.
NDIS Participants
Paragon Mobility is committed to helping NDIS participants achieve their individual plan outcomes through the provision of high-quality wheelchairs and specialised assistive technology tailored to each person’s needs, goals and lifestyle.
We support our National Dealer Network to facilitate positive client outcomes with NDIS participants, their families, carers, support coordinators and allied health professionals. This is achieved through education and product support to identify assistive technology solutions that support greater independence, safety, comfort and participation in everyday life. Our approach focuses on understanding the participant’s functional requirements and personal goals so that the recommended equipment provides meaningful, practical benefits.
Whether a participant’s goals include improving mobility within the home, accessing the community, increasing independence with daily activities, participating in education or employment, or engaging more fully in social and recreational activities, Paragon Mobility can assist in identifying appropriate solutions.
Our experienced team can support our dealer network throughout the assistive technology process, including product selection, trials, configuration, supply and ongoing support. We recognise that specialised assistive technology is not simply equipment—it can be an important tool for enabling choice, control and independence.
By providing participant-focused solutions and working collaboratively with the participant’s chosen supplier, Paragon Mobility indirectly aims to help each participant maximise the value of their NDIS funding and achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes aligned with their NDIS plan goals.
