Trixi unique back support features a central opening, allowing for extensive adjustments with multiple supportive and contouring solutions.

The lower section includes an adjustable sacral support, further enhancing stability and preventing sliding.

The Trixi seating system features a growth-adjustable seat base, which can be tailored to individual users' unique seating requirements and adjusted as they grow or their postural patterns change, including adjustments to the ischial well medium/insert.

This adaptability is crucial for accommodating hip deformities such as wind sweeping, abduction, adduction, internal/external rotation, and leg length discrepancies.

Who is Enable Design?

The team is a unique blend of a design engineer with 30 years of experience in the field of disability and a group of senior therapists specialising in complex wheelchair seating. Over the past four years, they have collaborated to develop innovative products that combine best practices with out-of-the-box thinking.

The Enable Designs team aims to reduce the progression of complex postural presentations by supporting growth and changing needs on the spot, as often as necessary, as well as providing clinicians and parents with fully customised yet off-the-shelf solutions that offer postural stability and improve functionality, accommodating challenging postural needs. While we may be biased, we haven't encountered any other system that adapts and adjusts like Trixi. In fact, we challenge anyone to prove us wrong.
